Each of our custom Santa beards, wigs and mustaches is handmade in the USA by our team of wig artisans. They are made from scratch and tailored to fit you.  Wigs, beards and mustaches are styled to your liking, you can choose from one of the styles in our Style Guide or send us images of a a style you like. Whether you want a short beard with a natural appearance and texture or a large, fluffy beard that’s ‘magically realistic’ – or something in between – we’ve got your covered.

Some Santas are nervous about wearing glue-on beards, mustaches, or wigs. It’s understandable to be concerned about how a designer (glue-on) beard might affect your Santa work, especially those close-up visits with the little ones. You might worry the pieces won’t be secure or that they won’t look natural. Or that you won’t feel comfortable or be able to fully express yourself when wearing them.

You can rest assured that our pieces look and feel like the real thing.

When we say ‘Custom’, that’s exactly what we mean!

Your wig, beard, or mustache are made to order. You decide how your pieces look, from the length of your beard to the curl in your mustache. Our Style Guide has options to help you choose a style for your wig, beard or mustache, but you’re not limited to the guide. When your pieces are ready, we email you photos so you can see how everything looks and request any changes or adjustments.

You can complete your order long distance or schedule a visit at our studio in Louisville, KY to pick up your finished set and learn how to use it and care for it.

We are also pleased to offer in-person group classes at our Louisville studio. These classes are a great way for our Santa clients – both new and experienced – to learn all they need to know about wearing and caring for their custom Santa beards and wigs. 

Whether you’re a new Santa ordering his first custom set or a real-bearded Santa transitioning to a glue-on set (or just ordering a backup!), we’ll make sure you look and feel your best and we’ll be here to help you every step of the way.

HOW TO ORDER YOUR CUSTOM SANTA BEARD OR WIG

FIRST: decide if you want both a wig and beard or if you only need one or the other. 

If you’re ordering a beard, choose the Tier you want. For help choosing, see  Which Tier is Right For You (don’t forget to choose your mustaches!)

If you’re ordering a wig, decide on a long or short wig. 

SECOND: decide how you’d like your items styled. Our Style Guide is full of ideas (but you don’t have to limit yourself to those styles!)

THIRD:  fill out the  ORDER FORM

When we receive your order form, we’ll hold your spot for three business days pending receipt of your first payment and signed contract.

Created in a smaller scale, these beards are similar in size and length to “real” beards. Tier one is perfect for the Santa who wants to recreate his own whiskers or have pieces that are a very realistic scale.

Tier 2 beards are longer and fuller than Tier 1, but still a ‘believable’ scale.

Tier 2.5 beards are perfect for the Santa who wants a larger, fuller beard than a Tier 2, but prefers not to step up to the large Tier 3.

Perfect for the Santa who likes the classic Charles W. Howard yak set or wants a very full or very long beard. Tier 3 beards are large and dramatic in scale but still look like your own grown whiskers!

Choose from short, long and extra long custom built Santa wigs. They’re available in a wide range of styles, from short and tapered to long and wavy.
