CUSTOM SANTA AND MRS CLAUS ORDERS FOR 2026
Orders are now open! We recommend ordering early in the year, as space on our schedule is finite and fills up fast.
As of January 5, 2026, nearly half of our 2026 Santa orders spots are full.
How to order a custom Santa beard or custom Santa wig
It only takes three easy steps to order your Santa items!
FIRST – Decide:
- on the length and scale (aka the Tier) of your beard
- if you want a long or short wig or no wig.
SECOND – Decide how you want your wig, beard and mustache to be styled. Be sure to consult our Style Guide!
Love one of the Santa styles in our photo galleries or a film or tv Santa? We can use that as the basis for your ‘look’.
THIRD fill out the Order Form at the bottom of this page.
After you fill out the form, we’ll send you two emails. One will have a link to the invoice for your first payment and the other, a link to your digital contract.
Submitting the order form will hold your spot on the build schedule for three days pending receipt of your first payment.
Please only submit the form if you are ready to make your first payment and sign your contract at this time.

- Tier 1 beard – $700
- Tier 2 beard – $800
- Tier 2.5 beard – $950
- Tier 3 beard – $1125
- Tier 3 deluxe beard – $1300
Speciality Custom Santa Beard Prices:
- Christmas Chronicles inspired beard – $900
- Tim Allen Tribute beard – $825
- 34th Street beard – $700
Custom Santa Mustaches:
- Regular styles – $135 Large styles – $145
- Christmas Chronicles mustache – $145
- Custom Santa Eyebrows – $145 per pair
SEASONAL PRICING STRUCTURE FOR SANTA ITEMS
Orders placed between January 1 and May 31 will receive our base price.
On June 1, prices will increase 10% to our elevated seasonal price and remain at that price through August 31 or until 2026 orders are full, whichever happens first.
On September 1, if there are any spots left on our 2026 schedule, they’ll be priced at peak pricing.
Early Santa Discount
On November 1, 2026 we will open orders to the public for 2027. Orders placed Between November 1 and the end of the Early Order Period (date is not yet determined) will be the lowest price of the ordering year. That means prices during the Early Order Period will be lower than the base price.
This will replace the Early Santa Discount pricing model we have used previously.
Orders placed during the Early Order Period will also have the most flexibility with payment plans, and will have the option to split the cost of their order into as many as 6 installments.
Prices for custom Santa items are subject to change at any time without notice due to fluctuations in production costs. Our goal is to try and maintain a consistent and predictable pricing structure but there are sometimes fluctuations in the cost of materials that impact prices.
We will need a tracing of your head (if ordering a wig) and face (if ordering a beard).
Our video How To Take Head and Face Tracings will help you create great tracings. We don’t need the tracings immediately, but we DO need them by the date listed in your contract. That’s generally three weeks after you place your order.
