How to order a custom wig:

We try to make the process of commissioning a custom wig as simple as possible. Here’s how the process works for most clients:

Reach out to us and tell us about your project. The easiest way to do this is through the contact form right here on our website.
Once we get your message, you’ll get an email within two business days. Depending on the nature of your project, the email might include information and a quote for creating your piece(s). If we need more information from you to create a quote, we’ll let you know so you can send us photos, clarify details, etc.
Review your quote. Some projects will have multiple options for you to consider. Variations might include different hair choices or construction options.
Select the options you want and click the Accept Quote button. Doing so will hold your spot on the build schedule for three business days pending receipt of your first payment and signed digital contract.
Make your first payment and sign your contract. Remember, we offer a range of flexible payment plans, so you have options!
Send us a tracing of your head and/or face. The tracing allows us to build your pieces to fit you. We usually need those within a few weeks of your order.
When your piece is finished, we’ll email you photos so you can see how it turned out. At that time, you can request changes or adjustments prior to shipping.
After you’ve approved your piece, we ship it to you and you get to start enjoying it!
