What is Santa Care Pre-Enrollment?

It’s the opportunity to pre-pay for Santa Care 2025 for a newly ordered wig or beard. 

Why should I add Pre-Enrollment to my 2024 Santa order?

We think our Santa Care program is one of the best perks of being a Custom Wig Co Santa or Mrs. Claus and we want you to try it out. It’s the number one way to protect and preserve your investment in a top quality Santa wig or beard. 

When you add Pre-Enrollment, you reserve a spot for your new 2024 items on our 2025 Santa Care schedule, assuming you mail them to us by the enrollment date (generally February 28). You also lock in a special discounted Santa Care rate that’s only available when you pre-enroll NEW items. 

Our Santa Care service is very popular and fills up each year. Pre-enrolling ensures your new items will have a spot on the schedule. 

I already have Santa items that I enroll in Santa Care every year. How does this affect those pieces?

Pre-enrollment is only available for new items, so nothing will change for enrolling your existing pieces. When it’s time to send items to us for Santa Care, you’ll still print out the enrollment form and pack ALL your items (new and older) in the box. You’ll list all of them on the enrollment form and we’ll apply the 2025 enrollment credit for your new pieces when we create your Santa Care invoice and paperwork. 

That sounds great! But you mentioned some ‘restrictions’?

There are a few caveats to our new Pre-Enrollment perk.

First, it’s ONLY good for new custom wigs or beards ordered for the 2024 season. Second, the enrollment is ONLY for Santa Care 2025. You can’t roll the credit over to a future year or apply it to older items or other services and there’s no refund if you don’t enroll your items.

Finally, enrollment is contingent on you sending your 2024 order items to us during the early enrollment period (January 3 – February 28).

If you send your items after the early enrollment period, we can’t guarantee there will be a spot for them on the schedule and you’ll be charged the standard Santa Care enrollment rate, though we will apply your pre-enrollment credit towards that.

Also, if your new items sustain wear and tear outside the normal range of use, they may require additional cleaning or work, and would incur additional charges.
