We send photos of the finished piece to you before shipping. That way, you can see how it looks, and request any changes or adjustments. Once you have item in hand, if something in the fit is incorrect, or if the style isn’t quite right, just let us know. We can correct or change the problem and return the piece to you quickly – some adjustments at this stage of the project aren’t uncommon with custom items.

We do not allow returns or refunds on custom items, but we do everything we can to make sure the pieces are exactly what you want and need.
