A custom wig or piece of facial hair is an investment in your work, hobby or passion. We want to make it easy for you to have the hair you want, so we offer flexible payment plans.

What payment options do you offer?

Any project over $150 can be split into equal installments of 2-12 payments. The most common payment plan is 2 or 3 installments.

How does it work?

We try to keep it easy. When you book your project, you choose how many installments you want to split the cost into. For most people, their project deadline will determine how many installments they can do or how often they make a payment.

Here’s an example – You place your order in June for a custom wig, which you need by December 1. You could:

  • Make 6 monthly payments (Project total divided by 6)
  • Make 2 payments – payment #1 (50%) to start the order and the remaining balance on completion
  • Make 3 payments, 33% to start the order, 33% in August or September and the final 33% on completion.

Is there a charge to use installment plans?

There is no additional cost to split your project into 2, 3 or 4 installments.  Plans with 5 or more installments incur a 6% service charge, which is spread out over the life of the payment schedule.

What if I pay my project off early or want to make additional payments?

At any time, you can access your project invoice and make a payment in any amount. There’s no penalty for paying off a project early but there is also no refund of the service fee. If you pay the project off early, please be aware that we may not be able to move the completion date up, as the build schedule may not allow for that.

Can I change my payment schedule once I’ve started making payments?

Generally, yes, but it will depend on the schedule and how far along you are. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, but may not be able to do so.

What happens if I miss a payment or can’t stick to the schedule?

If you need a few more days to make your next scheduled payment, it’s not a big deal, just give us a heads up. If you’re going to be later than a week, or if you think you won’t be able to make the next payment, let us know. We may be able to adjust your payment schedule to give you more time without affecting the project’s completion date.

Depending on the timing, a missed payment might affect the completion of your project.

If you miss multiple installments, we’ll have to change the completion dates for your project accordingly. After two skipped payments, your project will be put ON HOLD until the missed payments are complete. Once you’re back up to date, we’ll readjust your payment plan and the completion date for your project accordingly.

The most important thing to do if you are having trouble with your scheduled payments is to let us know so we can help.

Is there a fee for late or missed payment?

At this time, there is no late fee or missed payment charge for scheduled installments.

What methods of payment do you take?

You can use a credit or debit card or paypal. We also accept payments via Chase Quick Pay/Zelle. If you’d like to have your payment automatically billed to a credit card, let us know and we can set that up for you.
